This olive oil is rich in antioxidants. It has a high available biophenol content: 426 ppm (parts per million) compared with 222 ppm for most extra virgin olive oils; in other words, its biophenol content is nearly double the rest.
May we suggest that you research their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardio-protective and neuro-protective qualities. Very high in levels of oleocanthal, oleacein and oleuropein aglycon. The oleuropein aglycon in our oil is the highest recorded in 2500 analyses of olive oils worldwide. Its stable shelf life extends well over a year.
Made from Mission olives, the only olive native to America. (All other olive oils are made from olives originating in Italy, Spain, the Middle East or North Africa.) A while back I found your raw organic living tree olive oil, extra virgin, in a very small store in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I was amazed at the price but persevered and was so overwhelmed at the fantastic taste - just like spring. I can't find any other olive oil like it up here.
