 For years people have been asking us to create an alive cashew butter. Now cashews, as you know, are members of the poison ivy family and are surrounded by a toxic husk. They are heated to neutralize the toxin. Recently cashews have become available which are processed using a minimal amount of heat. We used them to make an alive cashew butter.
