Thanks to your kind and generous support we are delighted to announce that we are opening a retail store. On Wednesday February 13th we will open with an evening of discussion by author, Sergei Boutenko. He will be telling how greens and wild edibles can transform the way you feel while simultaneously pleasing your taste buds.
We have all heard the saying "Eat Your Greens," yet few of us consume enough green leafy vegetables. Greens such as kale, chard, and bok choy are incredibly rich in vitamin, minerals, chlorophyll, and fiber and have the ability to reverse disease, rejuvenate the body and save your life!

The fight continues against the fumigation of 600,000,000 pounds of almonds with a carcinogen and military explosive. There will be a public meeting of the Fruit and Vegetable Advisory Committee of the USDA on Feb 7 and 8 in Washington, DC. This meeting will be primarily for the "fruit and vegetable" industry, but as a consumer you can write in to say that you believe the almond "pasteurization" rule is wrongful and unjust. At the very least, organic almonds should be exempted.

The Almond Butter of Genius
It was here in Berkeley that Steve Wozniak went to school. He attended the University of California where he studied electrical engineering. He had the good sense to drop out in 1975 and with Steve Jobs founded Apple Computer, Inc., a two-man operation. They designed the Apple I, the first personal computer in Jobs's bedroom and they built the prototype in the Jobs' garage. Jobs showed the machine to a local electronics equipment retailer, who ordered twenty-five. To start their company they sold their most valuable possessions. Jobs sold his Volkswagen van and Wozniak sold his Hewlett-Packard scientific calculator, which raised $1,300. With that capital base and credit from local electronics suppliers, they set up their first production line. In 1980, Apple went public and made Jobs and Wozniak millionaires.

I am GRATEFUL! Thank you for making these holy living foods available to those who eat our preventative medicine in the form of raw natural goodness. I have written to the Gov. and called him expressing my sincere opposition to his bill which would try to take away these precious foods of the latest it's raw milk.
