At Living Tree Community Foods we are dedicated to providing you with excellent service. After 25 years in the food industry, well do we understand that there is no accounting for human tastes. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, please let us know. We need to hear from you within seven days of your receiving your order. We can not entertain claims beyond that.

Kindly express your concerns calmly and respectfully. We will make every effort to resolve matters to your satisfaction.

In some cases we might ask you to return the goods so we can inspect them. We will mail a refund to your postal address.

We ship by Fedex Ground within the lower 48 states, by US Priority to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puero Rico and by US Air Parcel Post internationally.

I received your special offer to receive a complimentary pound of pistachio nuts with my next order. I put my order in for a case of Raw Tahini. Everyone should know that if they have not tried your tahini butter, then they most likely do not know what tahini should taste like. The freshness, texture, taste, and digestibility of your "slowly sliced" tahini is remarkable. I suffer from unstable blood sugar at times, and this tahini really balances me out.
