Internships
We are so proud of our Living Internships at Living Tree
Community!
We are located in downtown Berkeley, just a short distance
from the campus of the University of California, one of
the great intellectual axis of the earth. Quite a few wonderful
students from the University have worked with us, and we've
also had interns from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
We offer opportunities for hands-on experience in Sales,
International Marketing, and E-Commerce. Here's your chance
to see how almond butter is made!
We'll teach you about healthy living, live food, organic
food, and share with you our knowledge of natural healing.
It's possible that we'll go on trips to the redwoods, the
tallest trees on earth, and do some backpacking in the High
Sierras and Yosemite Valley.
Even though we are a small company, we are proud that our
workers come from so many different countries and speak
many different languages.
The apprentice program lasts for 12 weeks. You'll have
to provide your own housing and we cannot pay a salary.
We offer a memorable sojourn that will give you an increased
understanding of what it is to run a small business. You'll
come away also, I daresay, with a heightened awe and reverence
for this California earth.
